Description

We want to be able to spin up an RSE via a documented containerised method that allows for faster turnaround time to onboard small sites that don’t have operational experience in running Rucio-friendly storage.

This is a stretch (uncommitted) target for the ESCAPE project - may not be possible in the time constraints, but a great opportunity to use collective wisdom in the ESCAPE project to enable more easy onboarding of new sites into existing rucio instances.
